Approximately 2,300–2,800 sq.ft. (super built-up, indicative). Expected layout: large living and dining areas, four bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and generous balconies. Suited to large and multi-generational families. See spacious flats.
Sizes shown are indicative super built-up ranges. Under RERA, the developer must disclose carpet area — always ask for the carpet area in writing before comparing prices across projects.
How to Read a Floor Plan Before You Book
Official floor plans for pre-launch projects are typically finalised once the building plans are sanctioned and the project is registered with Karnataka RERA. Until then, treat any layout circulating online as indicative. When the official plans are released, check room dimensions (not just total area), the position of windows for cross ventilation, balcony depth, storage and utility space, and the entrance facing if vastu matters to you.
We recommend requesting the sanctioned layout, the RERA carpet-area statement and the unit-wise cost sheet directly from the developer's sales team, and cross-checking them on the Karnataka RERA portal, before making any decision. Compare options using our 2, 3 & 4 BHK guide.
