Filing a Complaint with K-RERA
If a registered developer fails to meet commitments — delays, specification changes or refund disputes — buyers can file a complaint with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Karnataka. Keep all agreements, receipts and correspondence organised from the day you book.
